Nature is a great healer. When I'm sad, I go to the Botanical Gardens or drive around the lake. When my friend, Elsie, lost her husband, we left the ER and took a drive thru the woods and gardens. She said it was so calming and comforting. I lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado a few years back and loved the "Garden of the Gods" there.
