One thing I have learned is that no matter how much you don't like one of your own pieces, there is usually someone else who loves that piece.
ReplyDeleteI think the same can be said for your artwork in general. You do not need to compare yourself to anyone else, you have your own niche.

ReplyDeleteHa ha... sometimes I write up how I'm feeling when I'm feeling pretty rotten... it's a way to get it out in the open. But no one else has to see it; the point sometimes is just to say it. And if your post was about your art and not being happy with it, as the earlier comment implies, well, honey I have been there! Many of my canvases get ripped to shreds. I don't care if someone else might like them, I wouldn't want those pieces hanging on someone's wall. It's just how we artist types are, I think.
